Our Initial Filing Fees

Flat Fee Filing Package: $195.00 (does not include U.S.P.T.O filing fees.)

This fee includes a direct federal trademark search and preparation of a trademark application for one class. We can also prepare your application for more than one class for an additional $95.00 per class. If, after the direct trademark search, it is our opinion that your proposed trademark is not likely to issue, and if you choose not to file, we will refund $100.00 of the initial fee. Unlike many impersonal legal websites, with Stricker & Trunck LLP you will work with an actual trademark attorney at every step of the process, greatly increasing the likelihood of a successful application.

Remember, an attorney with trademark experience will be searching and preparing your application. With many other companies this will not be the case.
